CM8 Geotextile Membrane dual layers comprise of Wykamol's CM8, 8 mm studded HDPE membrane and a nonwoven geotextile manufactured from UV stabilised, high tenacity, virgin polypropylene fibres that have been mechanically entangled to provide high strength, high extensibility, high loft and excellent abrasion characteristics. The geotextiles are also thermally treated to reduce thickness while maintaining excellent mechanical properties.
CM8 is also ideal for use on a green roof. Green roofs can range from roof gardens with raised beds and pots, to rolled-out green carpets, to shed roofs containing planting cells that are filled with soil or compost and planted up with low-growing perennials and grasses.
CM20 Geotextile Membrane is also an excellent radon barrier and has passed all the relevant tests for resistance to this gas.

DrySeal has a unique, thixotropic consistency and excellent water-repellent properties on a range of building materials. As opposed to conventional liquid products, Dryseal can be applied in one working operation to achieve the desired loading for maximum effectiveness.
Dependent on porosity, the effective siloxane ingredient deeply penetrates the substrate within a short period of time (between 30 minutes to several hours) where it reacts to become a polymer silicone resin.

HydraDry Tanking Slurry is a cementitous waterproofing system which creates a monolithic bond using crystalline chemicals when applied to concrete and masonry structures. When mixed with clean water and applied correctly, this forms a permanent waterproof coating to the substrate and is easily applied by brush, trowel or spray.
HydraDry Tanking Slurry waterproofs against both positive and negative hydrostatic heads of water, and is suitable for use internally, externally, above and below ground.
HydraDry Tanking Slurry is also ideal for use as part of a damp-proofing course (DPC).

Wykamol CM8 Mesh Membrane is a studded cavity drain membrane that can be used above or below ground, such as in Type C waterproofing in basements. The mesh-faced tanking membrane is manufactured in the UK from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and is impermeable to water. The 8mm high product incorporates stand-off studs and a polypropylene mesh that provides a mechanical key for the direct application of plaster, render or adhesive dabs for plasterboard dry lining.
CM8 Mesh Membrane provides an effective barrier to the transmission of salts or other contaminants from the substrate by isolating damp and contaminated backgrounds from surface finishes. Typical uses include protection against the effects of water ingress by isolating vaults and basement walls. The studs provide drainage capacity as part of a cavity drain tanking system with provision made for disposing of water build-up to a drainage outlet point or to am pump and sump.
The membrane is quick and easy to install. Whilst being extremely robust, it sufficiently compliant to fold neatly around corners and is easy to trim with a standard utility knife.
