HydraDry Tanking Slurry is a cementitous waterproofing system which creates a monolithic bond using crystalline chemicals when applied to concrete and masonry structures. When mixed with clean water and applied correctly, this forms a permanent waterproof coating to the substrate and is easily applied by brush, trowel or spray.
HydraDry Tanking Slurry waterproofs against both positive and negative hydrostatic heads of water, and is suitable for use internally, externally, above and below ground.
HydraDry Tanking Slurry is also ideal for use as part of a damp-proofing course (DPC).
NOTE: When applying HydraDry Tanking Slurry to a structure housing aquatic life, overcoating with Wykamol Technoseal DPM in line with the relevant data sheet is necessary, which is available upon request or can be downloaded from our website.

A robust low pressure DPC pump and injector kit used for the rapid injection of damp proofing cream for the treatment of rising damp in walls. Simply empty 3000ml pail into vessel, pump-up to pressurise to about 1 bar (100 kPa - 14.5 PSI) and dispense into pre-drilled bores via the brass injector and trigger assemby.

CM8 Geotextile Membrane dual layers comprise of Wykamol's CM8, 8 mm studded HDPE membrane and a nonwoven geotextile manufactured from UV stabilised, high tenacity, virgin polypropylene fibres that have been mechanically entangled to provide high strength, high extensibility, high loft and excellent abrasion characteristics. The geotextiles are also thermally treated to reduce thickness while maintaining excellent mechanical properties.
CM8 is also ideal for use on a green roof. Green roofs can range from roof gardens with raised beds and pots, to rolled-out green carpets, to shed roofs containing planting cells that are filled with soil or compost and planted up with low-growing perennials and grasses.

The Mesh Membrane is an 8 mm water-proofing sheet with 8 mm deep studs at 30 mm centres. The volume of the void is almost 5 litres per square metre. The mesh face allows for the direct application of plaster.
The mesh membrane kit comes in two sizes, 2 m high by 10 m long and 2 m high by 20 m long. The 20 m2 kit includes a 2 m x 10 m roll of membrane ,200 mesh membrane plugs with ready mounted seals and one roll of waterproof tape. Wykamol CM8 HD is a versatile tanking membrane has been developed for a variety of waterproofing and damp proofing applications. It can be used either above ground or in below ground tanking systems, such as in Type C waterproofing in basements.
Our CM8 HD700 which is an ultra high density membrane, ideal for those projects which may call for extra protection. Always take advice from our Technical Department when making product selections. They will advise you on which membrane is most suitable for your project.
CM8 HD is manufactured from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and is impermeable to water, water vapour and radon gas. The product provides an effective barrier to the transmission of salts or other contaminants from the substrate. Typical uses include protection against the effects of water ingress by isolating walls, floors, vaults and tunnels.
The 8mm high membrane has stand-off studs to provide drainage capacity as part of a cavity drain tanking system with provision made for disposing of water build-up behind the membrane to a drainage outlet point or to am pump and sump.
The membrane is quick and easy to install. Whilst being extremely robust, it sufficiently compliant to fold neatly around corners and is easy to trim with a standard utility knife. When tanking walls, special membrane plugs can be used to fix battens in front of the membrane to accommodate a fixed stud wall. When using on floors it can be used with a concrete screed, insulated screed or with a floating dry board system.
CM8 tanking membrane is suitable for use in Type C (drained protection) constructions in accordance with BS 8102 : 2009. The membrane is BBA approved and can be used In accordance with NBS Specification J40 (clause 290) –Flexible Sheet Tanking / Damp Proofing.

Wykamol Renovation Plaster is a BBA-approved, fibre-reinforced, lightweight, cement/lime plaster formulated for a range of applications, including replastering after the successful installation of Wykamol’s chemical damp-proof course (DPC).
Fibres are incorporated into the product to control shrinkage and improve flexural strength. In addition, special waterproofing additives along with a porous structure effectively control dampness and salt migration whilst allowing the wall to dry out.

DrySeal has a unique, thixotropic consistency and excellent water-repellent properties on a range of building materials. As opposed to conventional liquid products, Dryseal can be applied in one working operation to achieve the desired loading for maximum effectiveness.
Dependent on porosity, the effective siloxane ingredient deeply penetrates the substrate within a short period of time (between 30 minutes to several hours) where it reacts to become a polymer silicone resin.
DrySeal also protects against pollutants and damage from frost and salt, and prevents water penetration even under wind pressure.
